Commonly known as the Chichipe,this beautiful cactus features beautifully ribbed stems and a lush green colour. Although flowering is rare when grown indoors, when given the right care this plant has the ability to produce small, creamy white to pink flowers.
How to care for your Polaskia chichipe –
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight to full sun. Be cautious of too much direct sun, as it can scorch the plant.
Humidity: Prefers low humidity around 30-50%. Higher humidity isn’t necessary and may lead to fungal issues.
Temperature: Ideal temperatures range between 18-27°C. Keep it above 10°C to avoid cold damage.
